FAQ - Register your Online Account



All Sheilas’ Wheels Broker Model Driver customers have the added convenience of online access to their car insurance policy, 24/7. You will be able to view and download your documentation, make amendments to your policy and also buy Car Hire Cover, Motoring Legal Protection, Breakdown Assistance Cover and Personal Injury Cover to top up your level of cover for ultimate peace of mind.

1. How do I get started and register for online access to my account?

You can Register here for online access to your policy.  You’ll just need to choose a username, password security question and answer, and provide us with an email address and your policy details.  For your security, the information you provide is case sensitive so make sure you don’t have caps lock on before starting to fill in your registration details.

Username: This must be at least 6 characters long.  Why not use your email address to help you remember this in the future?

Password: This must be at least 6 characters long.

Email address: We will use this address to authenticate your registration and to send you a new password upon request.  Please make sure this is your email address or one that you have regular access to.

Once you have filled in your details, click ‘create account’ and we will then send you an email asking you to authenticate your details and activate your account.  Just click on the link in the email and your account will be activated.  This will then allow you to log in to your online account to access your documents using your chosen username and password.

It is crucial that you remember or securely keep a note of your registration details as you will need them every time you log in to your account.  Please note that all of our documents are issued online so it is vital that you can access your online account throughout your policy term.  Please register your account straight away so you can be sure all of your details are correct.

2. I have not received my activation email?

Please check your junk folder or double check the email address you used.  If the email address is incorrect please call us on 0345 605 1763.

3. I have activated my account but I am unable to view my certificate?

You will only be able to view your certificate on or after your policy start date. If your policy has started and you still cannot view your certificate, then please call us on 0345 605 1763.

4. What if I registered but never activated my account using the link from my email?

You can Login to your account here, again using your username and password.  If you have not activated your account you will be prompted to enter the original email address you provided.  You will then be resent the activation email to log in to your account.  Just click on the link in the email and your account will be activated.

5. When should I register for online access to my account?

Please register for access to your account straight away to double check that all of your details are correct.  You will also be able to print off some or all of the following important documents:

  • Key Facts Documents
  • Statement of Insurance
  • Policy Schedule
  • Certificate of Motor Insurance
  • Policy Booklet
  • Our Terms of Business

We only issue documents online so please remember your log in details as you will require this information to access your documents and manage your policy in the future. 

You can save the documents in PDF form to your home computer by following the ‘save as’ option from the file dropdown in your tool bar.

6. What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password just click on the 'Forgotten Password' button on the account log in page.  You’ll be asked for your Username and the answer to the Password Security Question that you set when you created your account.

A temporary password will be emailed to you and you will be prompted to change this as soon as you log in to your account.
